We are going to the organic wine fair Millésime Bio 2019
We have very good news to start the new year! With this entry, we can confirm that we will be present at Millésime Bio, the important and renowned organic wine fair, which will take place at the Parc des Expositions in Montpellier (France), between January 28 and 30, in the course of its 26th edition. Therefore, from Blossom Wines we will not miss it! we will attend this international meeting representing the whole range of Coma Romà wines.
This annual event has positioned itself as the most representative event of organic wine in the world, far ahead of the rest of existing proposals of the same theme. In its origins, it began as a small exhibition of local French products and little by little, it has become a benchmark and an unmissable event for the sector.
¿What is Millésime Bio?
This ideal point of contact between organic wine professionals began its journey in 1993, thanks to the union of the different winemakers members of the association Sudvinbio.
It is a fully affordable and efficient room, in which each exhibitor has the same materials to present their wine proposals. In this sense, the entrance to strictly professional visitors is limited and a wide range of 100% organic products is created, with self-service tasting areas.
In addition, the different stands of the fair are not grouped by region or by name, but are distributed by random space. In this way, the organizers intend to encourage dialogue and curiosity among the attendees.
Although this decision may seem somewhat confusing, especially in regard to the development of the event itself, the entire environment is correctly marked and has staff responsible for guiding the professionals.
On the other hand, it is very important that all the wines presented are certified organic, since the organizers perform, before the exhibition, a rigorous work of control and supervision based on the parameters of the current legislation, which is responsible for regulating all the products exposed.
As a main novelty, Millésime Bio 2019 also opens the doors to producers and marketers of other organic alcoholic beverages, such as beer, spirits and cider.
Blossom Wines, represents Coma Romà wines
As we have mentioned before, we will go to Millésime Bio 2019 with the aim of showing the wine project of the exclusive organic wine brand Coma Romà. It is a complex work developed after more than 700 years of maturation, thanks to the dedication of the Guilera family of Sant Pau d’Ordal, in the Penedès.
At present, under the Coma Romà brand, several organic wines with very limited production and high quality are placed on the market. Without any doubt, products capable of seducing and satisfying the needs of authentic wine lovers with personality and differentiating nuances.
In this way, it appears on its website, with a perfect definition: «they are high quality bottles, which incorporate a whole philosophy of life and work, as a result of the love for the land of the Heretat Can Guilera».
The whole process of creating Coma Romà wines has its origin in a certified organic crop, using only the best grapes and selecting a small part of the production at the precise moment. Finally, inside the winery, technological advances are mixed with the wisdom of the received inheritance, in aspects as curious and concrete as the respect to the different lunar phases.
